Hello! I'm Lynn Marie Kutz, massage therapist.
dogboneneckpillows.com is a division of Medically Sound Mobile Massage LLC
I first discovered these unique pillows back in 1994 when I lived out in Bremerton, Washington.
I fell in love with them as gifts for my massage clients.
Pretty soon everyone was asking me where they could buy them, so I made an arrangement with the crafter who introduced them to me to carry them.
After a move back home to Wisconsin in 1999 I would bring pillows back every time I visited Washington state.
After the crafter in WA retired, I was able to locate local crafters to create these quality pillows.
It seemed logical to add pillows to my massage business website Medically Sound Mobile Massage LLC But initially customers had to email to confirm the pattern they wanted was available and for me to calculate their postage.
An online store that would automatically calculate actual postage and track the number of pillows available made more sense. After extensive research into online storefronts, this website was created and continues to evolve!
Today the "store" is actually in two parts:
The home page carries the pillows. When I was no longer able to locate local crafters to create the pillows with both the quality and price I wanted, I was able to arrange for pillows to be shipped from the manufacturer.
The main store carries patterns to sew your own pillows, massage therapist magnetic lapel pins that I designed, gift certificate signs, and more.
